Regional Property Manager - Southern Missouri

Fairway Management, Inc., a division of the Jeffrey E. Smith Company, based in Columbia, MO, is an expert property management company with over 15 years experience in affordable multi-family housing communities.

 

Fairway Management is seeking a Regional Property Manager to supervise the operations of residential properties in multiple locations throughout southern Missouri. This position will be based in Springfield, Missouri. This position does require travel to different properties within the region on a regular basis.

Interested candidates should have the following skills and experience: Experience managing people at multiple locations, including hiring and performance management Sales and marketing experience is preferred.  Desire to learn new concepts along with an ability to multi-task Strong leadership skills with a special emphasis on mentoring, coaching, and motivating employees to achieve established goals Ability to quickly assess business goals and achieve quick turn around in performance when necessary High energy, self starter, goal setter The ability to monitor the financial performance of properties Excellent computer skills needed with expert knowledge of Word and Excel Must be highly organized, detail-oriented and a self-starter Leadership skills and excellent oral and written communication skills essential Background in financial reporting and report writing a definite plus. Applicable real estate experience will also be considered strongly. Bachelors degree preferred, but will consider experience in lieu of.
