We are seeking an experienced polished, financially and business astute Regional Property Manager who thrives on challenge and being responsible for a diverse portfolio and strong property teams.
The Regional Manager we need will not only possess years of experience managing multiple apartment communities but also a bachelor’s degree and a CPM.
We are looking for notch talent interested in being a part of our entrepreneurial leadership team and contributing to the continued growth and infrastructure development of the firm.
Strong skills in financial analysis, strategic planning, budgeting, sales, marketing and human resources will be necessary to succeed in this position
The portfolio contains class A+ to B properties from 40 – 500+ units. Top candidates will have at least 7+ years of experience in all multi-family property types including luxury.
The primary focus of the company is multi-family real estate investments and the management of those properties. This privately held firm is headquartered in Southern California and employs approximately 150 people who enjoy a culture of creativity, passion for the industry and drive to be the best.
