Duties include overall management responsibility for performance and operation of properties and personnel in an assigned portfolio.  Responsible for the overall profitability, financial direction, coordination, and evaluation of the communities under his/her supervision. Portfolio size may range from 4 -10 properties, depending on size and complexity, with 2-30 employees per/site. Hires, trains and develops personnel to meet occupancy, budget and profit standards for each property.
