Regional Manager
A national real-estate investment and management company has an opening for a Regional Manager. The Regional Manager will oversee a portfolio of affordable housing properties in Kansas, Missouri and Colorado. Position requires 3 – 5 years of property management experience, as well as prior multi-site supervision. Must have MS Office, Section 8/42 Market and Tax Credit experience. Yardi experience is preferred. We offer competitive salary, benefits and 401k.
