Regional Maintenance Supervisor

FPC, a national property management company with over 7,000 units in 12 states, is seeking an experienced multi-site, hands-on Regional Maintenance Supervisor for our Las Vegas communities.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITY SUMMARY

Responsibilities of this position will include:
• Supervise on-site maintenance staff (10+ properties)

• Oversee maintenance operations at all properties

• Assist Property Managers and Regional Managers in determining capital and seasonal

projects


REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in oversight and supervision of maintenance staff at multiple multifamily

housing communities required

• Experience in apartment maintenance, including painting/drywall, plumbing and

electrical
• HVAC and Pool certification required
• Aqua Therm experience and/or certification a plus
• Repair and maintenance skills, including painting/drywall, plumbing and electrical
• Ability to communicate clearly with staff and residents, both in writing and verbally

• Ability to work within budget

• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
