Job Description
As a Logistics/Travel Coordinator your responsibilities will include providing administrative support to the Marketers/Recruiters by researching, reporting, and monitoring travel accommodations for providers before, during, and after assignments.

 

Additional responsibilities include:
- Negotiate economical rates and set up corporate accounts with vendors

- Resolve billing and account issues with vendors

- Work independently with little or no supervision
- Provide great customer service to internal and external customers



 

Qualifications
You must have a working knowledge of computers including word processing, spreadsheets, internet, email and databases.  The perfect candidate will be highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and clerical accuracy.  Clear and concise verbal and written communication is a must.  Previous experience in staffing and/or travel and hospitality experience highly preferred.
