Real Estate Research Associate - FT or PT - Temporary Position

Job Description:

HWMI is currently recruiting individuals to work as Temporary Research Associates to assist in our data collection efforts. The project is anticipated to last approximately three to four weeks beginning in late September 2008, and individuals looking for full or part time temporary employment, can commit to at least 20 hours per week, and meet the qualifications below are encouraged to apply for immediate consideration.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Call sales agents and builders at new home communities and gather information on sales activity. • Enter information collected into HWMI database. • Review websites of home builders, information providers, and other sources as part of the research process. • Ensure high quality standards are maintained • Represent HWMI in a friendly and professional manner • Conduct other duties as assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Able to work 20 to 40 hours per week. • High school degree or equivalent. Some college highly desired. • Excellent communication skills over the phone. • Prior research experience helpful. • Ability to work in a highly organized manner and meet all established deadlines • Work well independently, as well as in a team environment • Proficient PC Skills, including knowledge of MS Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook
