Real Estate Office Administrator
O’Neill Properties Group, the Northeast region’s largest private real estate development company, is seeking a Real Estate Office Administrator for its Carnegie Abbey Club Sales Center located in Portsmouth, Rhode Island. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Maintain listings, sales, and all contracts in MLS, including escrow deposits and closing checks.
· Prepare or assist in preparing papers for closing of real estate transactions such as sales contracts and purchase agreements..
· Assist with broker open houses and client showings.
· Maintain high level of office appearance, answer phones, greet clients, schedule appointments.
· Provide high level of customer service to clients and prospective clients.
Desirable candidates must have superior organizational/administrative skills, 3+ years similar experience in a real estate office, Rhode Island Real Estate License preferred, highly developed computer skills, and exceptional customer service skills. Ability to work some weekends.
