RVP of Education

 

The NRT Eastern Seaboard Support Center, located in Parsippany, NJ,  provides regionalized finance, marketing, relocation, human resources, and field support servicing to the seven NRT-owned real estate companies and their 180 office locations operating under the Coldwell Banker and ERA brand names  located in Virginia, Washington, DC, Maryland, Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey.

The NRT Eastern Seaboard Support Center is looking for an RVP of Education to join their team in Parsippany, NJ.

 

This position will lead the education and development strategy for its northeast & eastern seaboard regions totaling 9 companies, over 9000 sales associates in approximately 300 branch offices & 8 administrative offices. 

 

Qualifications:BS degree in Education or Business Related field of study or equivalent required.  Sales training certification and/or Master’s Degree in related field preferred.  3 years related training experience with experience working at a senior leadership level with demonstrated ability to develop training strategy and lead senior level professionals.  Coaching background necessary.  At least 2 years of prior people management experience with excellent track record in building relationships.5+ years of related training experience in business, preferably in Real Estate.  Must exhibit superior leadership, time management, critical thinking, analytic, and creative abilities. Organization, prioritization and overall time management skills are a requirement.  Strong computer skills with experience in Learning Management Systems, e-learning and WebEx training delivery systems, etc.  Must be able to work with employees of all levels.

 

The position will directly supervise a staff of trainers in each Local Operating Company and report directly to the SVP for the region.  Position encompasses the needs of a large sales force comprised of independent contractors and local area managers, and includes the delivery of a comprehensive program including leadership, management, sales skills, technology and coaching & development curriculum.

 

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Develop, oversee and communicate the Company’s sales training strategy including standardization/centralization of programs and coordination of delivery & distribution channels across the region.  Responsible for designing and aligning training curriculum to meet the overall goals of LOC. Responsible for training curriculum design and training approaches Management Responsibilities to include people, project and budget management. Support NRT/Realogy initiatives and partner with other employees as necessary for projects, share best practices, etc.
