REO Sales - Independent Contractor REO Sales - Independent ContractorRequirements for the Position Minimum 10 years Real Estate Experience Active California Real Estate Broker's License Required and license number must be submitted with resume Corporate Experience Required Prior REO Disposition RequiredREO Disposition Contractor will work with Bank and selected real estate brokers to sell Bank’s REO.  Must be proficient in understanding and executing Purchase and Sale Agreements.  This is a commission only position. Bank will work with ideal candidate to select listing brokers.
