This position requires the use of E-talk recording and evaluation software. Analysts may also be required to assist in the collection of additional data gathering. Must be familiar with all Microsoft 2000 products including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, Project, and Power Point. Must have typing skills of min 40 wpm.
