Property Supervisor

CARING Housing Ministries, specializing in affordable housing communities for seniors, families, and the chronically mentally ill has an exciting opportunity for two Property Supervisors at our corporate office in Alhambra. 

 The ideal candidates will have Bachelor Degrees and/or a minimum of five years property management experience.The ability to supervise multiple sites requiring strong multitasking and time management skills. Travel is required with personal use of vehicle w/mileage reimbursement. Candidates will have an appreciation for diversity and be customer service oriented. Proficiency in Word/Excel and excellent oral and written communication required.Familiarity with different affordable housing programs.Must be knowledgeable with family and elderly requirements for HUD programs and LIHTC.  Experience with CALHFA and LAHD preferred. 

 Under the supervision of the Director of Operations, this position will perform the following duties:

 

· Responsible for the goals, objectives and overall welfare of each property assigned.

· Supervision of managers and administrators for each property assigned.

· Participate in regulatory agency’s inspections and routine site visits.

· Implementation and monitoring of government agency’s regulations.

· Oversee financial, occupancy, and capital projects of properties.

 

Final candidates must successfully complete a pre-employment physical, drug screen and criminal record clearance.
