Property Manager - Real Estate Manager

Star Management, a leader in the manufactured housing community industry, has an opening for a regional property manager to be based out of our corporate office in Santa Ana, CA.

We are a mid-sized specialty property management firm seeking an experienced professional property manager to oversee multiple Southern California manufactured housing communities from Ventura County to San Diego County. The ideal candidate must have experience in all facets of residential property management including budgets, leases, variance reporting, narrative property reports, project bidding and supervision, evictions and hiring and supervising on site personnel. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, be well versed in Windows based spreadsheets and word processing, and be highly organized.

Summary of Expectations:
Candidate should demonstrate a well rounded mix of general administrative abilities and solid physical plant knowledge. The candidate should possess the ability to compose solid, coherent correspondence, and to track multiple projects. The position calls for the detail orientated person as opposed to a generalist. We prefer a doer (hands-on) as opposed to a delegator.

The candidate should be able to handle a minimum of 8 properties.

This position will require commuting to the sites by car and overnight travel on occasion.
