For more information about PPI, visit our website at: peabodyproperties.comJob Description:Peabody Properties, Inc. currently has an opening for a Property Manager in Greenfield, MA to provide on-site supervision of the property.  The Property Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the apartment complex by operating the property within established financial guidelines and budget, ensuring the property meets established property standards, maintaining occupancy at reasonable levels, reviewing delinquent accounts and taking required action while responding to resident requests in a timely, efficient and courteous manner.  QualificationsCandidates must have:* 3+ years experience in property management* Knowledge of: Section 8, Federal, State and Local housing regulations* Good organizational skills* Solid budgetary, computer and communications skills* Strong supervisory skills* Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing* Knowledge of Rent Manager/Hud Manager softwareBenefitsWe view our staff as our most valuable asset.
