A dynamic Commercial Real Estate Investment & Development Firm, is seeking a detail oriented, intelligent, and self-motivated Property Manager.

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Maintain Property Files/Binders Create new files/Binders on new Acquisitions Input new properties into Yardi Assist in Acquisitions/DispositionsÂ Collections daily/weekly Property Inspections (Weekly); Property Reports (Bi-weekly) Collect Tenant HVAC Maintenance Reports, Sales, Certificates of Insurance Respond to tenant phone calls and maintenance issues Lease Assignments, Lease Renewals, Lease Amendments Delivery Date Letters Assist in Annual Budgets Budget Variance explanation Annual CIT Reconciliationâ€™s Annual Tenant Surveyâ€™s Subordination Agreement Letter of Default Change of Locks Notice

A Successful Candidate will have:

College degree 2+ years experience in Commercial Real Estate Ability to multi-task Computer Experience â€“ Yardi preferred, Word, Excel
