Property Manager

We are currently seeking a Property Manager for Sherry Lake Apartments, a 298 unit apartment community located in Conshohocken, PA. 

 

Responsibilities include:



Oversee the day-to-day operational responsibilities of the property, to include financial, marketing, customer service and staff management responsibilities.

Develop, plan and implement the budget to include charting the overall financial performance of the property.

Handle record keeping and reporting responsibilities.

Oversee customer service, resident relations, maintenance department practices, vendor relations, marketing and leasing.



 

Requirements include:



Previous management experience that includes responsibility for operational results, sales, marketing and staff supervision is required (property management experience strongly preferred).

Must possess ability to develop rapport with residents and staff.

Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving abilities, must be able to handle multiple priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products required.
