Property/Corporate Accountant- RE Investment Firm-Great Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic professional to join our team. This position will report to the Controller and be responsible for accurate, timely and comprehensive financial reporting. This position is high-visibility and provides opportunity to be a key member of the Finance team.

Responsibilities will include:General IR accountingAssist with wire and account transfersReview monthly reports/distributionsReview quarterly reports/distributionsEscrow analysis/compared to PPM/ArgusAccount reconciliationsReview budgets/compare to PPM (CY/FY Argus)Prepare bank deposits, reconciliations and cash flow analysisAssists in preparing monthly reporting to investorsReviews and analyzes the P&L and B/S to ensure the integrity of financial statementsPrepare schedule Eâ€™s and K1â€™sPrepare corporate reporting packageLender Liaison/communicate with lender on release of reserves etc.Insurance Provider Liaison-portfolio and corporate coverage, bill and payment tracking.Audit prepBudget prepVarious accounting projects

Requirements:B.S. in Accounting4-6 years experienceStrong knowledge of ExcelExperience with MRI a plusExcellent communication skillsExcellent analytical skills
