Part-time Secretary
Part-time Secretary Opportunity
Highly reputable commercial and residential real estate appraisal firm with multiple locations has an immediate opening in their Parsippany office. Qualified candidates for this opportunity must have excellent computer skills and a keen sense of detail and accuracy. In addition, ability and desire to handle repetitive tasks is imperative. Duties include but are not limited to:
Daily intake of appraisal reports Editing, polishing, realigning and organizing report information to conform to predetermined format and structure Utilizing Microsoft Word and Excel to generate finished products Coordinating work flow with other members of the appraisal preparation team Processing finished work in a timely manner and consistent with production goals
Hours for these positions are 9:00am to 1:00pm or 12:00noon to 4:00pm Monday through Friday. Congenial, casual, and pleasant work environment. Parking provided.
