Part Time Administrative Assistant in Corporate Health Club - Chantilly, VA

Description:Must be available to work Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 1:30pm to 7pm.Provides customer service by answering incoming service requests from all business units on facility-related issues. Responds to customer inquiries and complaints. Follows up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction. Performs daily duties such as laundry, cleaning equipment, stocking locker rooms, and possible instruction of group fitness classes. Completes general administrative duties including filing, processing new members, checking in members and signing members up for classes.Other duties may be assigned.Qualifications:EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE High school diploma or general education degree (GED). COMMUNICATION SKILLS Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to effectively present information to an internal group. REASONING ABILITY Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to solve problems in standard situations. Requires basic analytical skills.
