Newmark Knight Frank Global Management Services is seeking a part-time Project Manager person to oversee several projects in Brooklyn and Long Island City for our Jersey City, NJ, based client.

The Project Manager must have basic knowledge of general construction and building systems. This person will need to meet with the building manager, vendors, check on work being performed, provide written progress reports and perform inspections.

 

The hours will vary each week as work progresses. The estimate is 10-15 hours per week.

 

Compensation range for this position is $45.00 to $65.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
