Compensation: Competitive base salary + commission + auto allowance + benefits

First American Home Buyers Protection is seeking an experienced salesperson with the following knowledge, skills & abilities:

- Two years minimum of previous outside sales and marketing experience required.

- Proven sales ability.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent presentation skills. Public Speaking and Training will be a must.

- Strong planning and organizational and territory management skills.

- Strong computer skills a plus.

- Local business contacts, including real estate agents and brokers, mortgage lenders, and title industry leaders a plus.

- Clean driving record.

Generates sales from new and existing customers and relationships, including real estate agents, title agencies, lenders, and other real estate industry professionals.
