You’ll work for the area’s best Mini Storage company using networking capabilities to further leverage the company to combine outreach efforts towards marketing and occupancy goals.  You will conduct outreach marketing, analyze marketing data, strategize marketing plans, and organize on-site events with a focus on public relations.  You are highly energized and motivated, self-directed, independent, and extremely proficient with a computer. You use Windows & MS Office Suite and possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Your ability to think on-the-fly, multi-task, organize/prioritize and work under tight deadlines requires using both sides of your brain.
