OFFICE & RETAIL LEASING REPRESENTATIVE

 

Pellerin & Salomon Real Estate Services (P&S), a developer of quality retail centers around the southeast, is in need of an experienced leasing representative to assist in the leasing of a mixed use project in Chattanooga Tennessee.  We are actively seeking an experienced, dynamic professional for the position of Leasing Representative.



P&S is seeking a bright, energetic in-house leasing professional with a minimum of three years experience in retail and office real estate.  Experience and national tenant relationships are a plus.  Candidates should have strong people and negotiation skills.

 

Responsibilities will include:

·         Prospect for tenants through cold calls

·         Build and maintain tenant relationships

·         Evaluate and structure lease proposals and renewals

·         Negotiate tenant leases

·         Coordinate with other departments including construction, finance, and property management.
