Office Assistant

Industry leader, Related Management, has a great career opportunity for an outstanding Office Assistant which will split time between two 100+ unit apartment communities located in Cudahy, and Los Angeles, CA.

This dynamic individual will be responsible for executing the leasing and marketing plan, application processing, program compliance/recertifications, maintenance of resident files, general office/site administration, accounts receivable/payable, and other special projects as assigned.

 

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: Superior customer service skills, excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills. Skilled in Accounts Receivable/Payable, strong time management, follow-up, organizational skills and computer ease (Prior experience with property management/A/R software a plus). Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) and Affordable Housing experience a plus.
