Night Service Manager - Las Vegas
NIGHT SERVICE MANAGER – Las Vegas
Lewis Apartment Communities, one of the largest privately owned Real Estate developers, is currently seeking a professional Night Service Managers for one of its beautiful Las Vegas-area apartment communities and retail centers. This is a full-time position which would include an evening/late-night schedule, and would include working weekends. Days off would be during the week.
The right candidates will have a strong customer-service oriented background and will be providing resident service and property patrol/inspection duties during evening/late-night hours.
Duties would also include:
Enforcing property rules and parking proceduresMinor maintenanceReporting of landscape/grounds conditionsResident communication & customer serviceActing as a liaison between police, fire, towing, or other service agencies.
Professionalism, responsibility, personality and integrity are essential in this position.
