Our Sales Department is seeking NEW HOME SALES ASSOCIATES in our Jacksonville Division. Come join our growing team!
This opportunity REQUIRES a minimum of 2 years new or existing home sales experience, please DO NOT apply if you do not have this experience.
Local home sales experience (i.e. Duval, St. Johns, Flagler county) is also REQUIRED!
• Are you money motivated?
• Are you energetic, people-oriented and customer service focused?
• Do you have excellent sales skills?
• Are you willing to learn our sales system?
• Do you have experience in conventional, government, and sub-prime financing?
• Can you work weekends (A must)?
• Are you a local resident?
• Are you proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook?
• If you are bilingual in Spanish and English, we consider that a plus!
