New Business Development Associate/Sales Cold Caller

EXCITING, ENTRY LEVEL OPPORTUNITY IN COMMERCIAL MORTGAGE SALES!!!!!

 

Arbor Commercial Mortgage, LLC, a well established, successful Commercial Real Estate/Mortgage/Investment firm in Nassau County is looking for an aggressive New Business Development Associate/Sales Cold Caller.

 

The main focus of this position is to generate new sales leads for our Sales team, involving heavy phone work and new contact research. The right candidate must be able to develop new business primarily through phone follow-up, traditional marketing and email campaigns.

 

The Associate/Cold Caller will also assist the Marketing department with pre-conference meeting set up, which includes coordinating meetings for the sales team with prospective borrowers. Other responsibilities will include contacting borrowers once their deals have closed to survey their experience.

 

Applicants must be self-motivated, have a HIGH DEGREE OF ENERGY, be reliable and comfortable on the phone; having an interest in and knowledge and understanding of the commercial real estate market is preferable, but NOT required. Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills are required, as well as an excellent phone manner. Applicants must be highly motivated with the ability to work independently and be proficient in Windows, including Microsoft Word and Excel. 1-2 years of telemarketing or Outside Sales experience is a big plus, as is strong online research skills.
