We are currently hiring a Regional Manager to oversee the management of 1,800+units in Denver,Colorado. This portfolio includes Rehab, Conventional, Tax- Credit and Lease-Up properties.
Responsibilities:
To supervise the overall management of all properties assigned to them. To insure that each property is maintained to the standards required of all Fairfield Properties, maintaining fair and consistent employment practices and maximizing the performance of each property to achieve their highest possible net earnings. By assessing each property's potential, must determine proper staffing requirements and make recommendations to the Vice President of Property Management, assure proper orientation and training of all employees. Assist in developing each property's operation budget, review with Resident Managers monthly statements, develop and implement marketing plans for each property. Ensure the timely collections of rents/evictions, invoices and reports and perform routine audits of files. Review and analyze vendor contracts, see that Fairfield is in compliance with all bond or tax credit requirements. Communicate with owners, Asset Managers and Corporate Personnel.
