· Shopping Center management and maintenance supervision
· Provide commercial property management services including construction supervision for small & large scale renovation projects
· Supervision of service contractors & generate new contracts with outside vendors
Requirements
· MS Office, Computer savvy, Digital photos, etc.
· Property/Construction management experience preferred
· General knowledge about real estate & construction documents
· Bachelors Degree
