MARKETING AND RESEARCH ASSISTANT – San Francisco, CA Responsibilities: Assist in the completion of leasing transactions Provide client services with the following duties: proposal drafting and revision, client/broker database management, drafting/revising correspondence and maintaining tour and marketing material filesSchedule/expense management and travel planningField and manage research requestsUpdate internet property listings and basic marketing and advertising materials Calendar management, meeting planning on and off-site, travel and expense management, filing and faxingCreate proposals, presentations, correspondence and standard reports as necessaryPerform administrative duties specific to business unitsDevelop effective and constructive solutions to challenges and obstacles with the ability to complete projects on timeEstablish and maintain record keeping and filing systems; classifies, sorts and files correspondence, records and other documents Requirements: Bachelor’s degreeMinimum of 0-5 years experienceAbility to manage conflicting deadlines and handle multiple varied tasks while maintaining a positive attitudeFlexible and highly motivated; have strong organizational and communication skills with proven attention to detailDemonstrated capacity to multi-task in a fast-paced environmentComputer proficiency in current Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) with the capability to master company specific software and databases Start a lasting career with Jones Lang LaSalle today!
