Marketing Manager

O’Neill Properties Group, the Northeast region’s largest private real estate development company, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manger, who will report to the Vice President  of Business Development and Marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:  Drive O’Neill Properties Group Sales & Marketing Objectives

 

· Create overall and comprehensive marketing strategy that will generate sales for various O’Neill

  residential markets of real estate.

· Participate in and contribute to the product development process and pricing.

· Conduct competitive intelligence and market research and integrate findings into overall product and positioning.

· Develop and manage marketing budgets for multi-million dollar projects.

· Create sales tools and collateral for sales team, consumers, and outside brokers.

· Implement broker, community, and consumer outreach and event strategies to drive product awareness and sales.

· Active participation in the selling process through product training, customer communications, and sales presentations.

· Based in Rhode Island with occasional travel to Pennsylvania

 

Experience and Competencies

· 5 years marketing and sales experience; real estate experience preferred.

· Strategic & Tactical Marketing Planning, Budgeting, and Goal Setting

· Creative and Collateral Creation

· Managing Brand via multiple media advertising, PR, Outreach, and Direct Marketing

· Fostering Agency Relationships / Partnerships

· Cross Functional Team Leadership

· Collaborating with Creative

· Strong Communications Skills

· Ability to thrive in entrepreneurial environment
