Position

 

Marketing Coordinator

 

· Directly responsible for the creation, design, layout, positioning, and placement of ads in various industry publications

· Create property brochures, postcards, and direct mailers to promote properties, brand awareness, and name recognition

· Responsible for maintaining public relations through the distribution of press releases and fielding all related inquiries

· Coordinate with the media in publishing exclusive articles and various other press opportunities

· Plan and coordinate monthly luncheons, quarterly meetings, corporate events

· Preparation materials for ICSC conventions, NAI conventions, etc.

· Create company external newsletter as well as quarterly market reports

· Manage stationary/marketing collateral inventory

· Maintain monthly company calendar, holiday calendar, & events calendar

· Create and maintain strategic marketing objectives & outline

· Create internal monthly newsletter

· Plan and Coordinate NAI Houston seminar

 

Required knowledge with;

Adobe InDesign

Adobe Photoshop

Adobe Illustrator

Microsoft Publisher, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint

 

Compensation

 

Base salary. Annual performance bonus, 40K contribution, medical benefits

 

Qualifications

 

3+ Years of related experience or training

 

BA/BS Degree

 

Be able to excel in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
