(“Madison”) is an owner and operator of multi-family real estate with an expanding portfolio of 22,000+ units and is located throughout the US. Madison @ Cypress Lakes is 1002 units and is located in Memphis, TN.
Attractive salary/bonus potential and excellent benefits will be offered to the most qualified applicants.
Community Director - Supervises and monitors site staff toward achieving the financial and operational goals of his/her particular Community.
Groundskeeper - Performs routine tasks, normally repetitive in nature, required to effectively sustain a peak level of cleanliness and neatness of the Community’s physical appearance and curb appeal.
Bookkeeper / Collections Specialist - Accounting, YARDI experience a plus, attention to details is a must.
Leasing - Responsible for all sales and on/off-site marketing to increase and maintain a high occupancy and leased Community.
Carpenter - basic carpentry experience required
