Maintenance Supervisor
An established property management firm is seeking aresponsible individual to perform maintenance duties at a Gary 198 unit property. The right candidate must have prior apartmentmaintenance experience and would have skills in all aspects of generalmaintenance including: strong all-around maintenance skills in the apartmentindustry, experience in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, boilercertified, painting, appliance installation and repair, making ready units fornew occupancy, maintaining units of current residents and maintaining theleasing office.
