Hometown America has a current opportunity for the following position at Pine Lakes Ranch, a Hometown community located in Thornton, CO:

 

General Maintenance:

 

Responsible for general maintenance of community buildings and grounds.  Some experience in electrical, plumbing, swamp cooler repair, landscaping and lawn irrigation is helpful to include the operation of commercial lawn equipment.Great opportunity for hard working dedicated team player.  Valid drivers license and transportation is required. There are physical requirements for this position including the ability to lift 50-100 pounds.
