First American Wholesale Lending is looking for highly motivated individuals with strong communication skills.  We want someone with an enthusiastic, positive and winning attitude needed to succeed in a competitive environment.  Our motivating and experienced management team allows you to stay focused on your sales objectives and career advancements. 

  

Your job responsibilities will require you to:  Prospect new business via company provided EXCLUSIVE leads Generate new and repeat client loan applications Maintain a high level of customer service, with great follow-up skills Work with an experienced management team towards increasing loan origination

This job is commission only and not for everyone. This job requires a lot of work and a strong personality. All Loan Officers are closing between 4-7 loans per month. With the assistance of our experienced management staff, starting agents close 3-5 loans their first month. 

 

Commission is structured as follows:    1 – 2 loan a month 35% 3 - 4 loans a month 40% 5 and up loans a month 45% Loans that are self generated (ie. referrals) 60%
