Loan Officers at Statewide Bancorp make a difference for our clients every day. Our Loan Officers are trained to listen, understand and analyze the needs of our clients in order to provide them with financial solutions for their individual situations.Â
If you are a high-level performer who makes a difference in all that you do, we want you. You'll be on your way to success within your first year. WHAT YOU'LL DO - Every day our Loan Officers:

- Consult with our clients about their current and future needs to help them achieve their financial goals- Establish an ongoing financial services relationship with our clients through the delivery of world-class client service- Interview our clients and gather information pertaining to their unique financial situations, needs and objectives- Use state-of-the-art technologies to conduct credit, underwriting and financial analyses and qualify the client for various loan programs- Evaluate alternative loan programs and affordable financing options from a broad range of Statewide Bancorp's home loan products- Educate and advise clients on the home buying process and how to better manage their mortgage(s) - Assist clients through the loan process from application to closing and troubleshoot any transaction issues.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED We're looking for the best. Here, that's what we call our team members who strive to make a difference in everything they do. They know the difference between being good and being great, and they are always working hard to make an impact on their clients' lives. Our Loan Officers need to:- Have the desire to work hard. Our Loan Officers may work 45 - 55 hours per week, which can include some weekends. - Come as you are. We consider candidates with various work backgrounds and experiences. NO LENDING EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!- Have the desire to learn. All Loan Officers, regardless of experience, attend our one week training. - Possess important characteristics like passion, great communication skills, self-motivation, a positive attitude and a competitive spirit.

In addition to a base salary plus a great incentive pay plan that averages $45K-$55K in their first year, Internal - Loan Officers also receive:
