Leasing Representative / Sales Representative
Major shopping center development company based in greater Los Angeles since 1975. Company builds new & turns around failing centers into successful and exciting centers by increasing occupancy, renovating and bringing more shoppers to the stores.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Sales ability a must. Sales experience helpful.College degree preferred (in Business Administration or Marketing).Highly energetic & aggressive self-starter.Strong interest in real estate leasing and salesFamiliar with the Los Angeles/Riverside/San Bernardino areaHave own car.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Lease stores in shopping centers in Greater Los Angeles and Riverside-San Bernardino area by creating & calling a database of contacts, driving specific commercial streets and visiting potential store owners to open a new store. Follow-up until signed.

SALARY Salary plus commission
HOURS: Mon-Fri, 8:30am to 6:00 pm (sometimes requires weekend).
LOCATION: Main office in Los Angeles
Shopping center site locations around Los Angeles, Riverside & San Bernardino area.
