Opening is for a Leasing Manager of a 600-unit upscale (Class A++) rental development in West Bloomfield. Candidates should have at least 5 years experience as a Leasing Manager/ Property Manager, be highly organized, have strong communication skills, be a team player and good motivator and be seasoned in customer service and supervision. Excellent benefit package including salary + bonuses with or without housing, health and dental insurance, 401K program with company match, paid vacation/ sick/ personal time, and company sponsored training.
