Leasing Consultant - South Jersey
Edgewood Properties, a leader in Real Estate development, currently seeks an experienced Leasing Consultant. This position will be located in our South Jersey office. Since its founding in 1992, Edgewood Properties has established itself as a leading real estate development, construction and property management company. Based in New Jersey, the Company is on a course of growth leading to activities all across the nation. Edgewood Properties was created and is owned and managed by real estate entrepreneurs who bring a hands-on approach to all projects it develops, leases and manages.
As a Leasing Consultant for a 300+ unit apartment community, your responsibility will be to:
Handle leasing, customer service and administrative responsibilities.
Handle outreach, prospecting and lead generation, with a focus on converting leads into leases.
Process applications and lease signings and renewals.
Handle administrative functions of the office as needed.
Compile the required weekly market surveys and analyses of lead tracking.
Update weekly leads, apartment availability, and rental status reports.
Growing corporation is looking for a long-term, energetic professional with prior experience & proven track record in residential leasing. Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines while handling multiple tasks, strong administrative and keyboarding skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office products is required. Must be available to work weekends.
