Leasing Consultant - Part-time

We are currently seeking candidates for the position of Leasing Consultant - Part-time, at The Apartments at Wellington Trace a 240 unit garden style apartment community.

 

 Responsibilities include:

Handle all leasing, marketing, sales, customer service, and administrative responsibilities Focus on converting leads into sales by outreach, prospecting, and lead generation Process applications and lease renewals Coordinate work orders with the maintenance department

Requirements include:

Must possess leasing and/or sales experience, with strong customer service skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office products Ability to work effectively to meet deadlines while handling multiple tasks
