Leasing Consultant (Irvine)
Position Description: Strive to represent the quality of our product. You will be the initial contact between the public and the company. Maintain high occupancy levels by demonstrating the value in our community to prospective residents. Successfully lease apartments by meeting customers' needs. Assist in marketing the property and generate traffic. Evaluate the needs of our customers while communicating the corresponding benefits. Inter-company communication of availability. Support the marketing functions by recording accurate data on prospects and new residents. Utilize company resources under the direction of the Community Manager to facilitate leasing. Aid in achieving financial goals by effectively qualifying prospective residents and verifying applications. Prepare lease documents and related paperwork. Promote positive and proactive resident relations by working to make the living experience, particularly the first and last impressions, of the highest quality.Additional Qualifications: Previous experience in a sales, retail, or customer service role a strong plus. Superior customer service skills and a desire to help people. Sales-driven personality and a competitive nature. Excellent communication skills.
