Leasing Agent and Maintenance Technician

Growing Texas Property Management company is looking for a full time leasing agents and full time maintenance technicians. The right candidates will have:

Leasing:1 or more years of experience leasing multi-unit/family residential apartments Excellent organizational skills Experience using Yardi Voyager property management software highly desirable Knowledge of Microsoft products Word, Excel Excellent communication and customer service skillsBilingual English and Spanish required

Maintenance Tech:1 or more years of experience working on multi unit/family apartment complexes of 200-1,000 units highly desirable Experience handling high ticket high volume work orders Must know basic electricity, carpentry, HVAC, and general maintenance Correct use of various tools for various functions and capacities Must a a valid Driver's License and be insurableBilingual English and Spanish desirable

Both positions must be able to pass a background check and provide documentation of eligibility to work in US and proper identity.
