Lead Underwriter - Financial Analyst –Valuation ProfessionalPhoenix, AZ


National real estate advisory firm is seeking a full-time underwriter, financial analyst and valuation professional. This individual will be responsible for the coordination, underwriting, valuation and strategic planning for real estate assets, loans and portfolios. This individual will need the ability to manage and execute multiple concurrent assignments including the delegation and coordination of research and underwriting tasks.

 

Applicant must possess the following characteristics:

 

·  Excellent organizational skills

·  Strong underwriting and financial analysis abilities

·  Ability to evaluate both macro and micro data and draw meaningful conclusions

·  Capability to write in a professional and concise manner

·  Strong computer skills including Excel, Word, databases and web based applications

·  Strong communication proficiency and ability to meet one on one with high level professionals

·  Prior experience in a professional, high volume financial, real estate or lending environment

 

Position requires:

 

·  BA/BS required in finance, real estate or related business degree

·  Strong analytical skills;

·  Excellent computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and other software;

·  Highly motivated and able to multi-task;

·  Excellent communication skills.

 

This is a full-time position based in Phoenix, AZ, which includes a generous base salary along with incentives.  We offer full benefits after 90 days, flexible spending accounts, and 401K.
