We are currently searching for the right candidate to join our Construction Team in CT.

The Lead Superintendent directs the field operations for construction projects. They provide leadership and make decisions that contribute substantially to the on time/on budget completion of work. The Lead Superintendent is also responsible for the scheduling of subcontractors, coordination of work with subcontractors and owners, and ensuring the quality of work meets AvalonBay’s standards.

Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 4-5 years experience leading the construction of property in the residential multi-family housing industry, knowledge in all areas of construction from site development through delivery and acceptance, and experience in concrete construction.
