Lead Maintenance Engineer - Addison Area

LEAD MAINTENANCE ENGINEER

The Richdale Group is looking for a highly skilled Lead Maintenance Engineer for our luxury apartment community in the Addison area. 

Our lead maintenance engineer will be responsible for:Completing all maintenance work orders, including electrical, plumbing, air conditioning (HVAC), and appliance.Maintaining all equipment to ensure safety and equipment upkeep.Maintaining common areas for safety and appearance.Ensuring resident satisfaction when working in an apartment.Maintaining resident contact regarding maintenance problems in apartments.When required, carries emergency pager and responds to all emergency calls in a timely manner and if necessary, in person.Completing all other projects or requests as directed by Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:Demonstrates excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and works effectively on multiple tasks in a fast-paced, demanding environment.Dependable/reliable and follows through on commitments, producing timely work to required- or higher-standards, and pitches in to get the job completed.Attentive to detail and monitors adherence to company standards

REQUIREMENTS:Minimum of eight yrs. experience in electrical, plumbing, painting and maintenance.HVAC certification required.CPO certification a plus!Great customer service and organizational aptitude.Must be available for rotating on-call hours.
