National high-end real estate firm needs an Administrative Assistant to come enjoy fast-paced work days in their Westside office! Master multitaskers will fully excel in this role to provide direct support to a team of professionals in the Tax department. If you are a high performing Administrative Assistant, this is your opportunity to gain valuable work experience in a range of support assignments as well as in some key financial areas.
Necessary qualifications: Advanced MS Office and PowerPoint skills, a financial background is highly valuable, at least 4-5 strong work experience in a similar support position, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Individuals who enjoy developing strong working relationship with all employee levels will be capable of achieving great results in this position.
General Responsibilities:
-Provide phone coverage to team members’ direct phone lines.
-Collect and ensure all outgoing mail is processed in a timely manner.
-Schedule and coordinate meetings and business travel dates.
-Assist with creating, standardizing, and formatting Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files for large scale presentations.
-Respond to all inquiries and follow-up notices from federal and state taxing authorities.
-Research and archive in records tax information by using to the appropriates system and/or software.
-Work closely with Accounts Payable to process all tax filing fees and pending invoices.
