Home Properties will be holding a Job Fair on Wednesday, August 13th for full-time Service Technicians, and Leasing Consultants (full and part-time).

Where:  Morningside Heights 106 Pleasant Ridge Drive Owings Mills, MD 21117

We are currently seeking Leasing Consultants!

 

Responsibilities include:

 

·  Handle all leasing, marketing, sales, customer service and administrative responsibilities

·  Handle sales, outreach, prospecting and lead generation, with a focus on converting leads into  sales

·  Process applications and lease renewals

·   Follow through on all paperwork regarding the creation of resident files

·  Administrative functions, to include clerical and reception responsibilities. 

·  Coordinate work orders with the maintenance department. 

 

 Requirements include:

 

·  Must possess leasing and/or customer service experience, with strong customer service and sales skills.

·  Strong written and verbal communication skills

·  Strong Administrative and keyboarding skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

 

 

 

We are currently seeking Service Technicians!

 

Responsibilities include:

 

·  Effectively handle resident service requests, correcting the situation within 24 hours when possible.

·  Ensure that all make-ready repairs and services are completed correctly and on schedule.

·  Maintain accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, service requests, expenditures, apartment make-ready status, work in progress, etc.

·  Must be knowledgeable of inventory levels of spare parts and supplies and inform supervisor of shortages.


Requirements include:

 

·  Previous experience related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry & locksmithing

·  Customer Service and attention to detail.

·  Good written and verbal communication skills
