Investment Real Estate Associate
Marcus & Millichap is the nation’s largest real estate investment brokerage firm. With 70 offices and sales volume in excess of $20 billion in 2007, we represent owners in the acquisition and disposition of investment property. In the Northeast Region we closed in excess of $1.5 Billion dollars of volume in 2007. The Brooklyn office, located at the corner of Court St & Montague St in Downtown Brooklyn, is seeking a limited number of aggressive, ambitious and capable sales professionals to join our real estate investment sales team.
Candidates should be looking to make more than $250,000, and must be self-motivated professionals who possess strong interpersonal and communication skills with solid problem solving abilities. As a leader in the investment brokerage industry, we offer an excellent career for ambitious, competitive and entrepreneurial individuals who are looking to be free of fixed salaries, periodic raises and inadequate bonuses.
Our training program is the best in the industry.
This is a 100% commission sales position. No salaries or draws provided. Sales or real estate experience is a plus, but not a requirement. Real Estate license is not required for interview.
Experienced income property sales people should call directly for a confidential discussion.
