Investment Firm Needs Executive Assistant - $65-70K
Skilled Executive Assistant is needed to provide valuable support to a preeminent San Francisco real estate investment firm. This is the perfect career opportunity for a project-oriented individual who can expertly manage multiple administrative details and take full ownership of staying organized in a fast-paced setting. As the Executive Assistant, you’ll work alongside a group of focused professionals and manage daily administrative operations in the office. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated with the ability to work both independently and also excel as a team player.
Responsibilities:
-Screen and route all incoming information including phone calls, emails, and mail
-Coordinate conference room schedules and manage a busy office calendar.
-Arrange detailed travel itineraries along with hotel/transportation accommodations.
-Prepare materials for meetings and business project updates.
-Update and maintain contact databases.
- Assist with special projects and provide backup administrative support whenever necessary.
Qualifications:
-3-5+ years of experience working in an executive support role.
-4-year college degree is strongly preferred.
-Superior ability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to strict project deadlines.
-Knowledge of all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and PowerPoint.
-Sharp attention to detail, great organizational skills, and excellent time management abilities.
-Poised and professional demeanor and strong communication skills.
-A positive attitude and a genuine proactive nature.
